Prior to beginning the 20 course lectures, please watch the four videos on this page, which include a “Welcome” and introductory videos on lecture “Content” and “Format,” as well as an intro to the course “Films.”<\/p>\n

There is no assignment associated with this material (in other words, you will not be tested on it), but please make sure to watch these videos, as they explain a good bit about the rationale for the course. Moreover, the “Format” video offers strategies for accessing and studying the course material, which is available in a variety of forms, quickly and efficiently.<\/p>\n

Seriously, please watch these videos, as they are designed to answer quite a few questions that you may have! (Including why English 22 is also known as Ecocriticism 101.) You will likely do better on the quizzes and exams if you watch this material. Moreover, you may well save time throughout the term because of them.<\/p>\n
